The points shall be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of that specific purchase. Ex: if an eligible transaction is done on the 5th of Jun'23, the points earned on the same will be valid for a period of 1 year starting 5th Jun’23. Similarly, if an eligible transaction is done on the 12th of Feb’23, points earned on the same will be valid for a period of 1 year starting 12th Feb’23.

Purchases made on other/partner websites will not be eligible for points accrual under any scenario. Only purchases made on www.varenyaelixir.com will be eligible for points accrual.
Points will be accrued for the differential amount which has been paid through currency via cash or card only. Amount redeemed via points will not be eligible for points accrual. Points redeemed against promotional purchases will not be eligible for points accrual.
Points accrual on purchases before enrolment in the program will not be possible under any scenario. Customers will be eligible for points accrual only after they have enrolled into the program and achieved the minimum points accrual criteria. There will be no exceptions to this will not be done.
Points can be redeemed only once against a single transaction. Multiple points redemption against a single transaction will not be possible. Points once redeemed shall be taken off from the total points.
There are no limitations on the number/quantum of points that can be redeemed against a single transaction.
Points can be redeemed against all purchases and with coupons, gift cards and vouchers.
You can update your profile by logging into your varenyaelixir.com and updating your missing account details. The brand will also request for updating of your profile on SMS and emailers. Points will be awarded after the profile is completed.
The Birthday rewards will be credited on the Birthday of the member and shall be valid for a month. The intimation to update the date of birth must be shared with us at least 1 month prior to receive birthday reward points. We regret, but any request received to update the birthday post the stipulated time will not be entertained, in such a scenario, the reward points will be eligible from next year onwards.
In cases of membership termination, the membership tends to cease in the system and cannot be re-activated again. The customer loses all benefits and points.
Points will only disappear from the customer account once their validity expires. Points earned against eligible purchases through payment via cash/card are valid for 1 year from the day the specific purchase was made. Ex: if an eligible purchase is done on the 5th of Jun’23, the points earned on the same will be valid for a period of 1 year starting 5th Feb’23.
Points under promotions or through offers will expire as per their stated expiry timelines. Birthday rewards points will expire 1 month post the Birthday whereas any other milestone points will expire post the milestone is achieved. Points earned through any other option will expire as stated or/and communicated. Re-validation of promotional points is not possible under any scenario.

In cases where the complete order has been processed via points- Points will be reversed for the returned product/s. On reversing, the current points balance, will reflect post deduction of the points. In case the account does not have any points balance, the points balance will reflect in negative and the same will be adjusted with the future purchases of the customer.
In case the order payment is via card and points, refund will be provided in the card for the returned items provided their value does not exceed the payment done via the card. In case the value of the returned item exceeds the card payment, refunds will be processed via coupon codes which will only be redeemable at varenyaelixir.com

Part order cancellation is not acceptable for us. In cases wherein complete order is cancelled below are the details as to how reversals will be processed:
In case points are redeemed and order is cancelled/failed- Points will be reversed back in the account within 24 hours
In case points are redeemed and order is cancelled pre-dispatch- Points will be reversed back in the account within 24 hours
In case points are redeemed and order is cancelled post-dispatch- Points will be reversed back in the account within 72 hours of its return to our warehouse.
Products or items purchased via points will be eligible for exchange and return as per the brand guidelines. You may refer our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
Points or Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash under any scenario.
The membership can be terminated under the following scenarios only:
