Next Day delivery shall be placed before 1:00 p.m. (GMT).

In peak periods, next-day delivery may not be possible.

Prices displayed are not inclusive of destination import duties, taxes, and fees levied in the recipient country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders sent outside the UK are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. Additional local import charges and/or duties may apply in some destinations. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties for DDU destinations.

As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges must be settled to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Please note that these fees are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control; therefore, we are unable to estimate their amount.

Each purchaser is individually accountable for these government-imposed costs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your order tracking number and a link to track your order, or, on your account dashboard on the VARENYA ELIXIR website. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver during business hours from Monday to Friday and requires a signature upon delivery.

You may track the status of your most recent order by visiting our Order page in your Login Dashboard or Track My Order in the footer section.

When you select “Track My Order,” you’ll be asked to log in using your email address and password. Once logged in, the Order Status page will display detailed updates about your current and previous orders. After your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will appear—simply click on it to visit the carrier’s website and view the real-time delivery status.

If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, the courier delivery person will leave a calling card and will re-attempt delivery again on two more occasions; following which you may have to collect from the courier destination, if any, mentioned on the card left or the parcel will return to shipper.

In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the recipient accordingly. And in case an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team for immediate assistance.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. Products purchased from varenyaelixir.com must be returned in new, unused condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from varenyaelixir.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

Purchases made with free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

If the payment was split between loyalty points and a credit or debit card, the refund will be applied to the credit or debit card to the extent paid through this method, and the balance will be credited to your loyalty points.

Please also note:

Varenya Elixir reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements.

Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

Parcels returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until received. Refunds will only be issued once the items have reached us. We recommend returning your parcel via a recorded or signed-for postal service and keeping proof of postage. Once we receive your return, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm that it has been processed.

If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s).

A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.

You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.

When your order arrives, kindly inspect the package for any signs of damage during transit. While minor wear to the outer carton is normal, if the item(s) inside are damaged, please retain the box, packing materials, and contents, and contact us immediately by phone at +44 (0) 2045843816 for assistance.

If the damage is extensive and you’re unable to keep the contents, carefully photograph the affected item(s) before safely discarding them.

Please note: To process any claim regarding lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items or packages, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 15 days may not be accepted.
